Okey Dokey.

I'm feeling enormously inadequate today. The new computer system is kickin' my ass.

In the midst of helping somebody do something, the system seems to throw a virtual wrench in the works and confound my wonderful words of wisdom. Meanwhile, Kimberly is in the children's room singing cheerful storytime songs. "We all clap together now, 'cause Kimberly's here today!" It's a potent counterpoint to the confusion and annoyance of being bitchslapped by software.

And here's the kicker: It's got this beautiful name, Horizon, which makes it all even more infuriating.
